Obituary

QUEENSBURY --- Audrey Emma (Hall) Taylor, 86, a longtime resident of Queensbury, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Glens Falls Hospital.

Born at home March 13, 1928 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Millard H. Hall Sr. and Mildred V. (Palmer) Hall.

Audrey was a lifelong seamstress, who loved to sew, along with many other crafts, and set up her work for various craft shows. She also enjoyed her scratchoffs and playing BINGO.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William "Bill" R. Taylor Sr., a brother, Millard Hall Jr., and a great-grandson, Hunter Lee.

Those left to cherish her memory are two sons, William "Rusty" R. Taylor Jr. (Janice) of Sebastian, Fla., and Jack L. Taylor Sr. of Queensbury; four grandchildren, Stacia Lee (Timmy), Christine Thrower (Doug), all of Petersburg, Virginia, Jack "Jay" L. Taylor Jr. of Hudson Falls, and Thomas E. McNeil of Barefoot Bay, Fla.; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Evelyn Robichaud of Queensbury; a brother, Ronald Hall (Barbara) of South Glens Falls; also several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

At her request, there will be no calling hours or funeral.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family at Pine View Cemetery.
