QUEENSBURY --- Carol Ann Burton, 68, of West Mountain Rd., passed in peace on Saturday, May 9th, 2015.

Born Sept. 20, 1946 in Albany, she was the daughter of Frederick and Sarah (Smith) Albright.

She married Michael Burton "Tractor Man" on her birthday, Sept. 20, 1963. They recently celebrated their 50th anniversary with family and friends at an awesome party.

Carol's main dedication was loving and caring for her husband and three sons. She was employed by Traveler's Insurance Co. for 21 years in accounting and later as a service technician.

Carol and her family enjoyed many pastimes involving motorcycles, snowmobiling, camping, four-wheeling, swimming, and traveling. Going to the Adirondacks was always special. Last, but not least, Mama Carol also loved taking care of her furry friends, Colby and Casey boys.

In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her daughter, Ann Marie, a sister, Florence, and a brother, Fred.

Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Michael Burton; three sons, Scott Burton, Daniel "Danny" (Nicolle "Nicky") Burton, and Randall "Randy" Burton; three grandchildren, Kyle, Alainea, and Jenna Burton.

Calling hours will take place Wednesday, May 13, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.

A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Flossie Gage Bates officiating.

Carol and her family wish to thank Dr. Mark Hoffman, Dr. Taylor, and the extraordinary staff at C. R. Wood Cancer Center at Glens Falls Hospital, as well as the Tower 2 nurses. Also, thank you Mary's Haven.
