HUDSON FALLS – Charlie "Rock" McAloney, 49, of Hudson Falls, previously of Queens, passed away Friday. July 15, 1965 to October 10, 2014.
He is gone to early from his loved ones but will be cherished always as soul mate and husband, of 15 years, to Tracy McAloney; father to Elizabeth and Melanie McAloney, Jimmy and Tiffany Carr and PJ Noonan (Mallory Nestor); son to Eileen McAloney; brother to Christine (Donald) Falcone, Lena (Jamie) Garcia and Mathew (Kim) McAloney; proud grandfather to Brooklynn and Kaydence Kent, and survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends across this country.
Charlie loved his family, his Harley and his club, "The Hells Angels". That love, since the age of 13, brought him from Queens, NY to California, and just about everywhere in between. From lonely Prospect to President of the Troy NY Charter, "Angels Forever Forever Angels"
Charlie worked in the waste industry all his life. Waste management, Accurate, ACE, All Type, Metropolitan, and locally owned F & S Roll-Off with his wife and son, PJ, until her battle with breast cancer.
Charlie lived life as in death, FAST.
Charlie is and always will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
A memorial will be held at Horny Toads, 3116 State Route 4, Hudson Falls on Sunday, October 19 at noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Charlie's honor to Glens Falls Breast Cancer Center, 102 Park St., Glens Falls, NY 12801, for all the times they were there for him and Tracy and her battle with cancer.
