GLENS FALLS --- Christina "Tina" Marie Lieber, born February 1, 1955, daughter of John and Natalie Lieber of Buffalo, N.Y. passed away peacefully Sunday, April 19, 2015.
Tina was a graduate of St. Paul's St. Viene in Hamburg, N.Y. where she attended with her brother Michael "Micky" Lieber.
Tina enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandmother in Indiana and Blue Mountain Lake.
She moved to Glens Falls where she met her best friend, Leslie Ann Matte.
The girls both attended the South Street/East Side Center of Glens Falls and were roommates for close to 20 years. Their motto was "Together, we can make it!"
Leslie's family very much loved Tina and she spent many wonderful holiday celebrations with them in Chestertown, N.Y.
Tina spent her days with Leslie at East Side Center and her many friends enjoying her favorite hobbies which include painting, jewelry making, and listening to music. Many of her beautiful paintings are displayed at the center.
Tina also spent many wonderful hours visiting with her brother, Micky, as he called her faithfully.
Calling hours will take place Friday, April 24 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Maynard D. Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.
A celebration of her life will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Deacon Bill Bazinet officiating.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
