Obituary

GLENS FALLS --- Colleen Pasco Barber, 62, passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, following a long illness.

Born May 14, 1961, in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of Raymond and Barbara (Beckwith) Pasco.

Colleen was a high school graduate and spent most of her life taking care of her children and home. Colleen and her partner Kyle Spellacy, vowed to spend their lives together in a commitment ceremony at Crandall Park in 2020.

Some of her enjoyments in life were spending time with her grandchildren and partner, watching TV, and arguing about politics on Facebook.

Colleen loved life and was a free spirit and a bit stubborn. She was well loved and will be missed by many.

In addition to her father, Colleen was predeceased by her grandparents, Beatrice Beckwith, Holger Beckwith, Ethel Pasco, and Lorenzo Pasco; sisters, Lynne R. Phillips, and Donna Warner; and brother, Larry Pasco.

Those left to cherish her memory are her partner, Kyle Spellacy; children, Tazlin Warner, and Barbara Rachel Spangler-Gamble; mother, Barbara Pasco-Jones; grandchildren, Zachary Cribbs, Aiden Helm, Zander Warner, Elaine Spangler, and Devon Carpenter; brothers, Randy Pasco and Raymond Pasco; nieces, Jonna Germain, Randi Jo Phillips, and Terra Phillips, as well as many more nieces and nephews; long-time friend, Valerie Converse; and her beloved dog, Daisy.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Colleen will be laid to rest at Moss Street Cemetery in Hudson Falls, alongside her sister and grandmother.

The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Valerie Converse and Mea Parker for babysitting.
