QUEENSBURY – Daniel M. Reinach, 71, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Glens Falls Hospital with his beloved and devoted

daughter Sheri McGarr by his side.

Born in Rockville Center, N.Y. on January 28, 1946 he was the son of Maxwell and Elizabeth "Betty" (Reardon) Reinach.

On April 13, 1964, Dan enlisted in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1970.

Until his retirement in 2007, Dan worked in the paper mill industry.

His pride and joy was his grandson, Cameron, and the two held a very special bond. Dan enjoyed attending Cameron's hockey and baseball games, and was proud that his grandson had always called him "Champ."

In addition to his parents, Dan was predeceased by a nephew, Todd Buglione, and a brother-in-law, John Collins.

Left to cherish his memory are his three children, Stacey (Rick), Sheri (David), and Danielle; his six grandchildren, Tonya, Jessyka (Sean), Katey (Jon), Tori, Emily, and Cameron; three great grandchildren, Kaiden, Hunter, and Lincoln; his sisters, Diane Collins, Sandy (Steve) Buglione, and Julia (Roger) Lareau; a paternal aunt, Helen Skylar; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At his request, there will be no public services.
