Glens Falls --- David and Janice Hourihan have spent a beautiful lifetime together, and recently entered into their heavenly journey within a mere 5 days of each other. David passed away Friday, September 13, 2024 at Glens Falls Hospital and his beloved wife, Janice, followed on Wednesday, September 18, in the comfort of their home.

David was born September 27, 1936 in Malone, N.Y. the son of Robert and Charlotte Hourihan. Janice was born September 4, 1939 in Malone, N.Y. the daughter of Harold and Marion Dufort.

Their life together started in Syracuse, N.Y on April 28, 1962.

In addition to their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hourihan have been predeceased by many siblings and beloved family members.

Surviving family left to cherish their memory are their two daughters, Heather Hourihan and Kimberly O'Hanlon and her husband Dr. Terrance P. O'Hanlon; grandchildren, Colin, Rory, and Aidan O'Hanlon; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends and family are invited to an hour of visitation on Monday, September 30, starting at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 62 Warren St., Glens Falls, NY 12801.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Scott Vanderveer officiating.
