QUEENSBURY—Deborah J. St. Onge, 59, daughter of Marilyn (Seely) St. Onge and the late Clifford J. St. Onge, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Glens Falls Hospital after a short battle with lung cancer.

Deborah graduated in 1976 from Glens Falls High School and worked various jobs in and around the area. She enjoyed traveling to different parts of the world, including Hawaii and Tahiti.

However, she got her greatest pleasure from raising many adopted cats over the years.

She is survived by her mother, Marilyn J. St. Onge of Queensbury; her two sisters, Denise St. Onge of Queensbury and Donna Bevins (and her husband Forest) of Queensbury; once niece, Sarah Bevins of Queensbury; one nephew, Nick Bevins of Queensbury; two uncles, Richard and Mike Seeley of Glens Falls; several cousins and her two remaining cats, Chubbs and Penelope St. Onge.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 18 at St. Alphonsus Cemetery in Queensbury.

The family sends a special thank-you to the doctors and nurses at Glens Falls Hospital for their compassion during this difficult time.
