WARRENSBURG -- Devin Edward Durkin, 39, of Newton St., Warrensburg, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born May 19, 1975 in Glens Falls, NY to John (Jack) and Sydna (McLean) Durkin.
Devin attended and graduated from Warrensburg High School 1994.
He worked for Barton Mines for five years as an equipment operator.
Devin enjoyed time with his nephews and niece, as well as, the never-ending urge to be a real time cowboy.
Along with his father, John Durkin, Devin is predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by his mother, Sydna Durkin; his brothers, John Durkin of Queensbury and Derek (Courtney) Durkin of Warrensburg; nieces and nephews Jacob, Megan, Tillman, Chase Durkin, Charlie Davis-Horstmann; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and Gambler, his dog.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday March 31, 2015 at Maynard D. Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury NY 12804.
A Memorial Service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family wishes to send sincere thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Glens Falls Hospital on Tower 5 and tower 2.
Donations may be sent in honor of Devin to a charity of one's choice.
