LAKE GEORGE --- Giovanna Jan Tropean, 85, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024, following a long illness.

Born August 26, 1938, in Orange New Jersy, she was the daughter of Silver and Philomenia (Adonizio) Tropean.

Giovanna was a lifelong entrepreneur who was skilled at do-it-yourself projects, which always coincided with enhancement of her home and business. She loved to travel to favorite spots for brief breaks from her devotion to her businesses. She will be remembered for her motto: Do it now.

In addition to her parents, Giovanna was predeceased by her sister, Linda Tropean; nephew, Frank Coscarello; and cousin, Sam Maglione, and Joseph Tropeano.

Those left to cherish her memory are her best friend and companion, Kate Spencer; sister, Claudia Coscarello; brother, Anthony Spinelli; niece, Melissa Coscarello; nephews, Mark and Kevin Renzulli, and Michael and Mark Coscarello; and cousin, Rosa Reo; also, many extended family members.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 13th, 11 A.M. at Abundant Life Center, 43 South Jefferson Rd. Whippany, NJ 07981.
