QUEENSBURY- Gloria J. Davis, 68, of Rhode Island Ave., Queensbury, died suddenly Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at her home.

Born Dec. 19, 1946, in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Catherine (LaPoint) Scoville.

She married Richard "Dick" Davis, in Amsterdam on May 2, 1964.

Gloria enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved her cat Skippy.

In addition to her husband and parents, Gloria was predeceased by brother, Larry Scoville.

Those left to cherish her memory are four daughters, Audrey (Robert) Jarvis of Queensbury, Tammy Davis (Rogar Stangle) of Glens Falls, Lori Davis (Shawn Breault) of Ft. Edward, and Bonnie Davis (Jerry Walkup) of Glens Falls; seven siblings, Robert Scoville and his wife Pat, Nancy (Mark) Delong, Carol (George) Bosley, Wayne (Laurie) Scoville, Shirley (Elliott) Eldridge, Steve Scoville, Phillip Scoville Jr.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and her beloved cat Skippy.

Services will be private to the family.

A graveside will take place at the convenience of the family at St. Mary's Cemetery, South Glens Falls.
