Born July 5, 1950, in Springfield, VT he was the son of the late Harold Earl Breault Sr. and Martha Emily Albright.

Harrington Jr. and their seven children, Stephen, Jae, Amanda, Brittany, Andrew, Abigail, and Isaiah of Glens Falls; Scott David Winnie and his three children, Austin, Adrianna, and Gianna of Glens Falls; and Christina Marie Anderson, her husband Robert and their three sons, Robert, Rocco, and Christopher of Hudson Falls; six brothers, Theron Baker, Paul Breault (Hope), Danny Breault, Melvin O'Dell (Irmy), Harold Walker (Nicole) and Karl Thompson (Mary Ellen); twelve sisters, Cheryl Perez, Jeanie Scripture (Steven), Debbie Fish (Vernon), Susan Trammell, Jody LaLonde, Roberta Floyd (Scott), Candice Davis, Daryel Smith (Robert), Cheryl Hutchens (William), Denise Adams (James), Robin Armstrong (Mike), and Wendy Carroll (William); two uncles, Bruce and Mitchell Breault; twelve nephews, William, Neil, Keith Jr., Brian, Harold, Jeremy, Joel, Robert (Guy), Eric, Travis, and Leo; seven nieces, Renee, Patty, Jeanie, Angela, Terrah, Tricia Ann-Marie, and Tammy; also many more extended family members, as well as his life-long friend, Lisa Mickel.
