We would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Mason and the oncology staff at the Pruyn Pavilion at Glens Falls Hospital; such compassionate people there! Second, to High Peaks Hospice of Queensbury, Patti and Phil, for helping us with our Dad's journey. Third, to West Glens Falls Emergency Squad for their many trips to our home and the care provided… and last but not least, and most importantly, our very special friend, Nancy Tracy. Without your love and care, we would not have been able to bring him home. We can't thank you enough!
