QUEENSBURY | Henry E. Hall, 89, of Aviation Road, Queensbury, passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at Glens Falls Hospital.
He was born Nov. 30, 1926, in Queensbury, and was the son of the late Thomas C. and Sarah A. (Given) Hall.
Hank married Virginia J. Chamberlin on July 19, 1953.
He served his country in the Second Armored Division of the U.S. Army during World War II, stationed in Camp Hood, before being honorably discharges in 1947.
Besides his parents, Hank was predeceased by one brother, Thomas C. Hall Jr. and his wife, Fern; and one sister, Ruth (Hall) Coon.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hall, of Queensbury; one daughter, Amy Cronin her husband, Mark, both of Queensbury; two sisters, Shirley (Hall) Bates and Marjorie(Hall) Wells; also several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
At Hank's request, there will be no calling hours or funeral service
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
