WARRENSBURG - Herbert "Butchie" Ernest Dutcher, 67, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023.

Born on July 13, 1955, he was the son of Herbert E. and Martha C. (Bolton) Dutcher.

He worked as an Assistant Manager at Price Chopper in the northeast, and most recently, as a butcher at Oscar's Smokehouse in Warrensburg for many years.

Butchie loved sports and enjoyed playing golf, watching NASCAR, and was a great bowler.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Teresa Barranco, and her two children; his children, Amy Dutcher (Rob), Anthony Dutcher (Sonya), and Andy Dutcher, and their mother (his former wife), Cerise Dingman; grandchildren, Anastazia, Jazmine, Izabella, Rosemarie, Zophia, Rapunzel, Bryce, Connor and Sebastian; sisters, Martha "Susan" LaFonte (Fred) or Florida and Wanda Smith, also of Florida; brother, Dennis Dutcher of Indian Lake; also, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
