Obituary

WARRENSBURG----Irma (McNeil) Winslow, 92, passed away early Thursday morning, January 28, 2021, at the Washington Center in Argyle, due to complications with COVID-19.

Born October 12, 1928, in Warrensburg, she was the daughter of Arthur and Dema (Prosser) McNeil. Irma married her childhood sweetheart, Lawrence Winslow, on April 1, 1943 at her parent's home with her father, Reverend Arthur McNeil, officiating.

Lawrence and Irma loved taking scenic rides through the country and spending time together at their family camp. They spent time as a family at their beach on the river and hiking and picking berries in the summer.

Irma was a joyful woman with a contagious laugh who made everyone that was around her feel welcomed, loved, and well fed.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Winslow; four brothers, Arthur, Steven, Jerald, and Harold McNeil; two sisters, Dorothy "Dot" Converse and Elizabeth Cullen; her son, Robert Winslow and her grandson, Jonathan Rodriguez.
