QUEENSBURY --- Jacob Robert Hoag, 31, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 30, 2023.

Born April 4, 1992, in Glens Falls, he was the son of Robert J. Hoag and Karen J. (Doty) Hoag.

Jacob attended South Glens Falls High School and went on to work at Medline in Glens Falls.

He found his greatest pleasure in caring for many varieties of fish and small animals. Jacob took pride in setting up multiple tanks for his family to enjoy.

Jacob was predeceased by his grandparents, Allen and Marilyn Doty and Robert Hoag.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Karen Hoag of Queensbury and Robert Hoag; grandmother, Beverly Hoag of South Glens Falls; sister, Stacey Rouzan (Mark) of Illinois; brother, Matthew Allen of Plattsburgh; nephews, Blake and Lucas Rouzan; also, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services were private to the family.

Jacob was laid to rest on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Glens Falls Cemetery on Bay Street.
