QUEENSBURY – Janice M. Macaulay, 78, of Twin Channels Rd. passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 at her home with her loving family by her side.
Born January 10, 1937 in Troy, NY, she was the daughter of the late Jackamo and Stacia (Drensek) Restifo.
Janice was the class of 1955 from Cohoes High School. She loved to travel, dance and spend time with her family and friends.
Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Judith Leibach and son-in-law, Michael Rocque.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, John Roy Macaulay; four children, Debra (Kristen Winner) Macaulay, Laurie (John Christie) Rocque, Mary (Mark Melville) Kinns, James (Diana Carras) Macaulay; dear friend, April Dickerson; longtime family friend Debra Shannon; two grandchildren, Eric and Sara; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will take place Monday, Oct. 19 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY.
A memorial service will take place following the service at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
