JAYNE "SUSAN" LADD PHOTO

QUEENSBURY--- Jayne "Susan" Ladd, 55, of Queensbury Ave., Queensbury, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 5, 2013 after a long illness.
Born in Glens Falls, on November 9, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Rose (Jasper) Ladd.
Jayne was a graduate of Hudson Falls High School. She worked at the Wilton Target Distribution Center in the packing department.
She was predeceased by her parents.
Survivors include her sister Frances Duell of Queensbury; a brother Robert Ladd and his wife, Louise, of South Glens Falls; a niece Krista Sullivan and her husband, Robert, of Salem; great-nephews Brady Nichols and Landon Sullivan, both of Salem; a great-niece Kendall Sullivan, also of Salem; her former brother-in-law William Duell of Glens Falls; also several cousins and many friends.
At her request, there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
A graveside service will take place Friday, April 12, at 10 a.m. at Pine View Cemetery, Quaker Rd., Queensbury.
Donations may be made, in loving memory of Jayne, to Renal Dialysis Center, 3 Broad St., Glens Falls, NY 12801.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Amy Hogan-Moulton for her care and compassion, and also to the nurses at the Renal Dialysis Center for their excellent care of Jayne.
