FORT EDWARD --- Jeannie May Morgan, 58, of Fort Edward, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2026, due to a tragic accident.

She was born May 29, 1968, to the late William T. Morgan, Sr. and Patricia Breault Knapp.

Jeannie was known for her spunky personality and over the top sense of humor. She made it her mission to make people laugh no matter what the circumstance was. She was a very spontaneous person at times traveling the country on a whim. She made life-long friends everywhere she went. She will be deeply missed by her family and all those who had the pleasure of meeting her.

In addition to her parents, Jeannie was predeceased by a son, Lastat Hockenberry; daughters, Stephanie Earls and Paris Morgan; and her grandparents.

She is survived by her daughter, Summer Morgan; brothers, William Morgan, Jr. and Neil Morgan; sisters, Renee Ball, Pattie Morgan, Sheri Graves, Angela Parker, and Julie Wolfe; 8 grandchildren; also, several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will take place Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.

A memorial service will follow at 3:30 p.m.
