Mocksville, NC - Jo Ann Mandigo passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at her home with loved ones at her side.

She was born February 17, 1945, to the late Frank and Alice Hermance.

A native and long-time resident of Glens Falls; Jo Ann served the community as a dedicated social worker for Warren County before retiring. Jo enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach, and spending time with family and friends. She was an avid collector of dolls, sea shells, and bears. Jo was blessed to have enjoyed the companionship of several dogs in her life, including Nikki, Duncan, Beethoven, Cupcake, and Scrappy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roland “Skip” Mandigo; and a great-grandchild.

Survivors include children, Vicky Zickmund (Gary), Robert Mandigo, Holly Mandigo-Aly (Moustafa), and Randall Mandigo; grandchildren, Tyler Zickmund, Mykayla Howk (Nick), Austin Mandigo (Koleen), Dylan Mandigo, Bryton Mandigo, Cayden Mandigo, and Eastyn Mandigo; and two great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Crystal and Julee for their assistance and support, especially these last few years.

Relatives and friends may call from 11:30am to 12:30pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St. Queensbury, NY 12804. A funeral home service will begin at 12:30pm, with a burial to immediately follow at West Glens Falls Cemetery.
