WHITEHALL --- Jonathan Long, 53, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Glens Falls Hospital.

Born on August 14, 1964 in Boston, Massachusetts, he was the son of Lawrence W. Long, and Pauline E. Palmer.

Johnathan earned his GED and worked at Glens Falls Hospital as a technician, and also for Keebler Cookies.

He enjoyed playing softball, as well as fishing and hunting.

In addition to his father, Johnathan was predeceased by his brothers, Donald R. and Ronald Long.

Those left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Steven Duckett and Ryan Long; his mother, Pauline Palmer; sister, Katrina Labarge; brother, Larry W. Long, Jr.; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins and his pet cat.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Interment will also be private at Southside Cemetery.
