Obituary

WARRENSBURG AND POTTERSVILLE --- Julius Ross Frasier, 67, of Grand Street passed away after a long courageous battle with cancer, on April 16, 2017 at the home of his loving sister, Roselee Moulton with all his loving family at his side.

Born January 12, 1950, he was the son of the late Arnold Frasier of North Creek and late Elizabeth (Madison) Frasier of North Creek.

Julius lived in Pottersville for 29 years with his special companion, Barbara (Moon) Maybe.

He worked for the Village of Lake George for 23 years and was also a handy-man doing many odd jobs cutting trees, and working on cars.

Julius was an avid outdoors man. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, Julius was predeceased by his infant son, Julius Frasier Jr.; infant grandson, Lincoln Frasier; four sisters, Ella Jean of Lake George, Augusta Frasier of Lake George, Shirley Frasier of Lake George and Gertrude Morehouse of Warrensburg; two brothers, Gary Frasier of Warrensburg and Darwin Frasier of Lake George.

Those left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Shane Frasier, Lincoln Frasier of Luzerne; nine siblings, Sharon Moon of Queensbury, Julia (Sam) Vernum of Warrensburg, Arlin (Barbara) Frasier of Maryland, Irene (Paul) Millington of Fort Ann, Roselee (Roy) Moulton of Queensbury, Brenda (Edmond) Morehouse of Johnsburg, Charles Frasier of Warrensburg, Gil (Dawn) Frasier of Therman and Allen (Maxine) Frasier of Glens Falls; brother-in-law, Cassius "Bucky" Morehouse of Warrensburg; sister-in-law, Wanda Frasier of Lake George; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Calling hours will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. on April 24, 2017 at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.

A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Engert officiating.

Interment will follow at Caldwell Cemetery in Lake George.
