SARATOGA SPRINGS --- Karin Linda Burch, 77, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at her home.

Born August 23, 1948, in Warrensburg, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Dickinson and Doris Robinson.

Karin graduated from Warrensburg Central School and earned her associate degree from SUNY Adirondack. She worked for Continental Insurance and Lemery Greisler, and volunteered at the Saratoga Senior Center.

She married Wayne Burch on November 22, 1967, at the Fort Ann Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Karin was predeceased by her husband, Wayne Burch; and brother, Thomas Dickinson.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kimberly Kitchner (Richie Nolan) of Hudson Falls and Laura Conner (Shane Conner) of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Emma Alexander (Dalton Alexander) of Maryland and their daughter, Magnolia, Alex Kitchner of Maryland, Aaron Kitchner of Hudson Falls, and Danielle Kitchner of Pennsylvania; sisters, Sue Ovitt (Roger Ovitt) of Fort Edward, Pam Ellsworth (John Ellsworth) of North Creek, and Debra Dickinson of Florida; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will take place Friday, June 5, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.

A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. with the Rev. Flossie Bates officiating.

A graveside ceremony will immediately follow at Brown’s Cemetery, Fort Ann.
