GLENS FALLS --- Krystyna Wozniak, 54, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024, with loved ones by her side.

Born December 29, 1969, in the Bronx, she was the daughter of Joseph and Olivia (Eddo) Wozniak.

Krystyna enjoyed tarot cards, reading, spending time with her pets, and creating beautiful resin crafts and jewelry.

She was a member of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Glens Falls.

In addition to her parents, Krystyna was predeceased by the love of her life, her fiancé Gustav H. Bremer, Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Monica Vega Taylor, and Gustav H. Bremer III; grandchild, Talen Exander Vega; sisters, Denise Daub, Joane Wozniak, and Marie Trapani; and her beloved pets, Jackpot and Hera.

Visitation will be private.
