Laurel Joan Kimball, of Queensbury, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 after a long period of illness at the Glens Falls Hospital.

Born October 12, 1943 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of Walter Rice and Ethel (Petteys) Rice.

Laurel was predeceased by her father, and her sister Beverly Beaudoin.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Chris; her mother, Ethel; daughter, Cindy and son-in-law Preston Mitchell; daughter, Esther and son-in-law Ray Gross; her grandchildren, Paige Mitchell, Jason Gross, and Stephanie (Cass) Brandt; her brother-in-law, Jack Beaudoin; nephew, Tim Hoffman; niece, Heather Marley; and grandniece Audra Marley; and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Laurel was an ardent student of the Bible and loved talking about her God Jehovah and the grand blessings from His Kingdom. She loved helping people with their problems using the Bible to help resolve them. She is at peace now, waiting for the resurrection into a paradise of peace on Earth.

At the request of Laurel there will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 81 Mohican Street Glens Falls, N.Y. 12801; Saturday, April 7 at 2 p.m.
