Queensbury --- Lawrence Eli Brilyea Sr. (Larry), 60, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

Born April 3, 1966, in Glens Falls, NY, he was the son of Sandra Brilyea and the late Donald Brilyea. Larry attended Hudson Falls High School. He worked as a dedicated truck driver, he enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking, watching NASCAR every Sunday, and driving his truck across the country. Larry loved having a good time and was the life of every party.

On February 16, 1985, Larry married Michelle Brilyea (Martin) in Bennington, VT.

In addition to his father, Larry was predeceased by sisters-in-law, Vivian Delong and Anita Delong.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Michelle Brilyea; children, Lawrence (Amanda) Brilyea Jr., Brandi (Scott) Fifield, Angel (James) Kamburelis; mother, Sandra Brilyea; grandchildren, Abigail, Gavin, and Marissa Fifield, James Kamburelis, and Alice Wright; sisters, Amette (Steven) Duell, Regina (John) Kemp, and Wanda Brilyea; brothers, Donald (June) Delong, William Delong, and Ronald Delong; mother-in-law, Linda White, and his pets, Toby and Fifth Wheel.

Relatives and friends may call from 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Baker Funeral Home 11 Lafayette St. Queensbury, NY 12804.

A funeral home service will be held at 4:00pm with Pastor Randy McKeever officiating.

A gathering will follow at the South Queensbury Firehouse, 409 Dix Ave. Queensbury, NY 12804 from 4:30pm to 7pm.
