Glens Falls--- Lewis B. Johnson, 85, of Glens Falls, passed away April 23, 2013 at
Westmount Health Facility.
Born January 3, 1928 in Igerna, he was the son of the late Franklin and Cora Johnson.
For many years Lewis worked as a lift driver at Sweet Lumber in North Creek. He enjoyed many things including: reading the newspaper, watching t.v., going
fishing, and working on cars.
In addition to his parents, Franklin and Cora, he was predeceased by his sister Pearl
Harvey and son David Johnson.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 60 years, Joyce (Smith) Johnson; one sister, Leona
Planty, two brothers, Warren Johnson and Ernest Johnson, and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be private and at the convenience of the family.
A graveside service will take place Monday April 29, at 12 p.m. at the Gerald B. H.
Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Duell Rd., Schuylerville.
