FUNERAL NOTICE UPDATE - A graveside service for Louis Daignault took place at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Soutside Cemetery in South Glens Falls.

SOUTH GLENS FALLS --- Louis Daignault, 43, passed away, Thursday, February 23, 2017 at his home surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Glens Falls on December 17, 1973, he was the son of Francis and Betty (Myers) Daignault.

Louis was a graduate of South Glens Falls.

On May 19, 2001, Louis married Christine Aston in Lake Luzerne.

His most recent employment was as a Janitor at North Country Janitorial in Queensbury.

Louis enjoyed cheering on the Buffalo Bills and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Louis was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Trudi Aston.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Christine; two children, Gabriel and Peyton; two aunts, Eileen Ballard and Barbara Myers; and two pets, Merlot and Kitten.

Calling hours will take place on Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday, February 27 from 10 a.m. to noon at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.

A funeral service will follow at noon at the funeral home with the Rev. Flossie Gage Bates officiating.

Private interment will take place in the spring.
