Lynne Marie Gill was born April 23, 1963, to the late Joan and Edwin Maxam, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024.

Lynne graduated from South Glens Falls Senior High in 1981.  She also worked for the South Glens Falls school district as a custodian for many years and took much pride in her work.

She enjoyed being out in the sun, camping, fishing and spending time with family! She had a big heart, a kind soul, and loved her family and friends unconditionally.

Lynne was predeceased by not only her parents, Joan and Edwin Maxam; but her two brothers, Mark Maxam and Michael Blair.

She leaves behind her husband, Phillip "Rusty" Gill of Fort Edward; her daughter, Courtney Pixley and her partner Shawn of Queensbury; four grandsons, Nathaniel Pixley and his girlfriend Andriana, Jermaine Cooper, Walker Fleeman, and Kane Fleeman; a great grandson, Parker James; along with her sisters, Lisa Stone and her partner Jeff, MaryJo and husband Dennis Taylor, Carolyn Bannon and husband Eddie all of south glens falls; two brothers, David Maxam of south glens falls, and Roger Maxam of Chestertown; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephew's, many cousins, aunts and an uncle.

There will be no services at the family's request.
