QUEENSBURY --- Melissa (Pond) Bullard Sprague, 58, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Born January 14, 1967 in Glens Falls she was the daughter of Robert and Elodie (Buswell) Pond.

Melissa graduated from Fort Ann Central School in 1985. Following high school in 1998 she attended Adirondack Community College.

Melissa was a cook at Papas Diner on Corinth Road in Queensbury for many years. Cooking was one of Melissa's greatest enjoyments. She loved helping her family and friends, decorating for literally every holiday, and  taking her beloved dog Cinnamon for rides.

In addition to her parents, Melissa was predeceased by her late husband, Robert Sprague; late boyfriend, Robert "Butch" Davis; father, Robert Pond; maternal grandparents, George and Marion Lethbridge; paternal grandparents, Lovella and Marshall Pond; and brothers, Sam Pond, Craig Pond, and Russel Pond.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Robert Sprague, Chris (Nicole) Bullard, and Keith (Mia) Bullard; mother, Elodie (Pond) Buswell; grandchildren, Xander, Xane, Eden, Josiah, Eliana, and Elijah; sisters, Kim Kelly, and Cindy Benson; brothers, Robert Pond, and John Pond; many nieces and nephews; and dog, Cinnamon.

A celebration of life will be held at Papas Diner, 398 Corinth Road, Queensbury, NY 12804, Friday, October 10, 2025 from 3:30 p. m. to 5:30 p. m.
