FORT EDWARD --- Michael J. Corda, 59, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024, following a brief illness.

Born May 5, 1964, in Glens Falls, he was the son of Robert J. Corda, Sr. and Sandra L. Nims.

Michael was a graduate of South Glens Falls High School.

Mikey enjoyed sewing, fishing, snowmobiling, playing his guitar, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his father, Michael was predeceased by his grandparents, Donald and Leah Nims and Josephine and Peter Corda.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving daughter, Nicole Corda of Beverly Hills, Florida; mother, Sandra Turpin of Fort Edward; grandchildren, Roselyn Anne, Allison Rose and Isaac Valentine; sisters, Rebecca Turpin and her companion, Cortland Catellier of Fort Edward, and Amy Turpin and her companion, Phillip Nicholson of South Glens Falls; brother, Robert Corda and Kim Lambert of Fort Edward; nieces, Alissa Benson of Fort Edward, Christy Corda, and Jackie Patonai, all of Henderson, Nevada; nephew, Zackary Corda of Argyle; great-nieces, Ashlynn Ohlhausen and Jade Patonai of Henderson, Nevada; and great-nephew, Zackary Patonai of Henderson, Nevada.
