GLENS FALLS --- Michael John Hunt, 52, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 23, 2024.

Born May 5, 1972, in Glens Falls, New York he was the son of Terry L. Hunt.

Michael graduated from Glens Falls High School. He went on to work at Hannaford, KBS Cleaning, Silo, and most recently Texas Roadhouse.

In 1999, Michael married the love of his life, Monica Hawsey in Glens Falls, New York.

There were many things Michael enjoyed doing like gaming with friends and riding his E-scooter. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his children and family.

Michael is predeceased by his wife, Monica Hawsey; grandparents, James and Patricia Hunt; aunt, Anne Hunt; and uncles, Danny Hunt, and Jimmy Hunt.

Those left to cherish his memory are children, Matthew Hawsey, Mariah Hawsey, Logan Hawsey, Jelisa Wood, and Elivia Hawsey; mother, Terry Hunt; sister, Lisa Skelton; brother, Ken Varney; aunts, Melissa Ostrander, and Laurie Raymond; uncles, Dave Hunt, and Charles Hunt; niece, Laticha Charlton; also, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life will take place at 1p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.

A memorial service will follow at 2p.m.
