QUEENSBURY --- Patricia C. Frederick, a vibrant soul full of life and laughter, departed this world on May 9th, 2024, en route to her long-awaited bucket list trip to Hawaii. Born on January 30th, 1950, in Cortland, NY, Patricia was 74 years old.

Throughout her life, Patricia embraced every moment with enthusiasm and joy. She possessed a myriad of passions, including singing, shopping, traveling, and participating in game shows. Her infectious sense of humor brightened the lives of all who knew her.

In her youth, Patricia excelled in various athletic pursuits, including synchronized swimming, water skiing, roller skating, and softball, showcasing her adventurous spirit and love for physical activity. She attended Queensbury High School, where she further cultivated her talents.

Professionally, Patricia dedicated herself to the artistry of hairdressing and served as a school bus driver for the Corinth School District, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives with her warmth and care until her retirement.

She was an active member of her community and dedicated to the Church of The King, where her profound love for God illuminated every aspect of her life. Patricia's kindness and generosity touched the hearts of many, leaving behind a lasting legacy of faith and compassion for all who knew her.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Leo Blair; her parents, Donald and Viola (McGee) Frederick; and her brothers, James, Thomas, Richard, Donald, and Robert Frederick.

She is survived by her beloved children, Charles (Brenda) and Jeffrey (Jennette) Blair; grandchildren Katrayla, Juliana, Patricia, Zoey, and Trevor Blair; step-grandchildren Kayla, Haydee, Jalil, Tyrone, Maya, Allison, Matthew, and Benjamin; sister, Diane Frederick; niece Taylor Frederick (a special mention among other nieces and nephews); sisters-in-law, Marie Morse Frederick, Alice Frederick Schneible, Pat Frederick, and Aimee Frederick; best friend Donna Feulner; and a host of many other cherished friends who were dear to her heart.

In celebrating Patricia's life, let us remember her vibrant spirit, unwavering love, and enduring legacy of laughter and joy. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A memorial service commemorating Patricia's life will be held at Baker Funeral Home on Saturday, May 25th. Calling hours will be from 10 a.m. to noon.
