Patricia J.
Sullivan
Nov 12, 1938 — Mar 29, 2026
Queensbury, NY - Patricia Jeanne Sullivan, 87, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026, after a brief illness. Born November 12, 1938, in Pheonix, Arizona, she was the only child of Donald Yeager and Margaret (Leabo Yeager) Pearson.
She spent her youth in Pasadena, California, where her green thumb began to bud. She thoroughly enjoyed working on floats for the Rose Parade and visiting the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden. She later took classes at Cornell and became a master gardener.
Patricia worked in a variety of fields during her life. She volunteered helping domestic abuse victims, was a teacher’s aide for developmentally disabled children, and spent many years as a plant care specialist. She spent many years caring for her 3 daughters in rural Michigan. She lived out her childhood dreams (many of which she inherited from stories passed down by her beloved grandmother, Stella Leabo) with her daughters and her former husband, Eric Sullivan, growing and raising much of their own food in her expansive gardens, and keeping some livestock and several horses for riding and training to drive.
She is survived by daughter, Jodi Delgado, husband, Jim; granddaughters, Ashley Delgado and Katrina Delgado; grandsons, Dean Sullivan and Sean Lau; great-grandchildren, Dante Lloyd, Ava Lloyd, Aerial LaPlant and baby Jesse; daughter, Shawn Strong; grandsons, Arron Skellie and Chad Santor, his fiancé, Morgan Ede; granddaughter, Brittney Strong; daughter, Tammy Wright, her husband, Justin Wright; grandsons, Japheth Hyrny, Christian Hyrny, his fiancé, Brooke Bovee; great granddaughters, Iris Legace and Azelea Hyrny; and many friends.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents, her companion, Naylor Wells and one great grandson, Axl Rose Lloyd.
She leaves behind a group of many friends and heroic caregivers from Warren Center, including her loving daughter, Jodi Delgado, who worked there to be able to spend more time with her. Many thanks to all who cared for her.
