GLENS FALLS --- Paul Francis Richmond, 83, passed away at home with his loving wife by his side on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 after a courageous fight with several health conditions.

Paul graduated from Shaker High School. He was awarded a continuing Education certificate from WSWHE BOCES for machine shop in 1994.
