Obituary

GLENS FALLS --- RANDY "JAY" MORSE (AKA RJ), 36, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 25, 2017 at his home after a courageous battle of 2 and a half years with a rare form of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

He was born on July 2, 1980 in Lubbock, TX, at Reese Air Force base. He is the son of the late Randy E. Morse, Candace A. (Russell) Morse, and Richard M. Charlton. Randy was a live for the moment person and a lover of life. He will be missed by many.

Besides his father, Randy was predeceased by his grandmother, Lorraine Grygas.

Survivors include his daughter, Nacole Annmarie Morse and son, John Michael Larisoa; his mother, Candace Morse (Richard Charlton); two sisters, Karen (Mattison) Tarala, her husband, James and their three boys, Logan, Kai, and Bryce, and Melanie (Morse) Dezalia, her fiancé, Paul, and their children, Elianna, Antonio, Gianna, and Dominick. He is also survived by many close extended family and friends.

Visitation will take place from 2 to 3 p.m. on Friday, March 31 at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804.

A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Nancy Goff officiating.

The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Glens Falls and Saratoga Hospitals as well as Homeward Bound Palliative Care Services for the kindness and care shown to Randy during his illness. Also, many thanks to those of you who went above and beyond in caring for Randy, as well as proceeding love, friendship, and support.
