GLENS FALLS – Richard L. Corliss, 61, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at his home in Glens Falls.

Born Oct. 18, 1954 in Watervliet, NY, he was the son of the late
Richard and Alice (DerGurahian) Corliss.

Richard graduated with a bachelor degree from SUNY Plattsburg.

Some of his enjoyments were playing the guitar and model trains. Richard loved to spend time flying and was an Indy 500 racing enthusiast. More than anything he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Along with his parents, Richard was predeceased by his sister, Carol Ann Colarusso.

Left to treasure his memory are his long time love, Bray Brady; his children, Ashley (Matthew) Tarello, Lauren Corliss and her significant other, Tony Costanzo, Cate Brady, and Jillian (Matthew) Martingano; his granddaughter, Hannah Martingano; brother, David (Susan)Corliss; brother-in-law, John Colarusso; Uncle Hyck (Cindy) DerGurahian; Aunt Mary DerGurahian; and many loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

There will be no calling hours as the family will be having a private memorial celebration of his life at a later date.
