GLENS FALLS--- Robert "Colorado Bob" Girvan, 61, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020 at his home on Third Street.

Bob was born on July 31, 1959 in Manhattan, the son of Robert and Regina (Maguire) Girvan.

Years ago, Bob loved snow skiing out west, mainly Colorado. Most recently, he was proud to work at Crandall Library. He also enjoyed relaxing evenings on his front porch playing his Ukulele.

Those who knew Bob will forever be grateful to have known him. He became your best friend. So smile and show the peace sign because that was Bob's way of saying "Hello" because he loved his country and the world in general.

"May the peace you seek find the safe harbor your heart deserves".

All are welcomed to gather for a graveside service, Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Bay Street Cemetery, Glens Falls.
