GLENS FALLS --- Robert D. Copeland II, 74, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

Born February 20, 1950, in Glens Falls, he was the son of Robert Duane and Madalyn Alice (Mosher) Copeland.

Robert graduated from Fort Hunt High School, Alexandria, Virginia in 1968. He went on to attend Northern Virginia Community College.

He worked for Amtrak, Alexandria Construction, and was also a personal assistant.

Robert was an avid animal lover and volunteered at many animal shelters.

Robert was predeceased by his parents Robert D. Copeland and Madalyn Saunders.

He leaves behind his sister, Judith Keelin of Wildwood, Florida.
