QUEENSBURY --- Ruby Kelly, 93, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024.

Born April 10, 1931, in Carshalton, England, she was the daughter of John F. and Annie Louisa (Harris) Turland.

At the age of 23 she took a ship to Toronto, Canada where she married Kenneth Kelly. They lived there for 6 years before moving to New York.

She had many jobs over her career, her last job was at NBC in New York City.

Ruby enjoyed being with her family, gardening, going on walks, and attending investment clubs.

In addition to her parents, Ruby was predeceased by her siblings, Richard, Olive, and Celia.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, JoAnne Kelly-Rasmussen (Walter Rasmussen) and Kara Kelly-Puttre; and grandchildren, Nicole Rasmussen, Juliana Puttre, and Sean Puttre.
