LAKE GEORGE--- Sally A. Braley, 70, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at her home in Lake George.

Born June 27, 1946 in Tupper Lake, New York, she was the daughter of Daniel and Mira (Hall) Braley.

Sally graduated from Newcomb Central School, and earned two Master's Degrees, which she used to pursue a career in teaching. Her passion for teaching lead her to various states before retiring in New Jersey.

Sally enjoyed spending time with her family, and boating, especially in Michigan.

In addition to her parents, Sally was predeceased by her brother, Glenn Braley; and her brother-in-law, John Duncan.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sister, Sandra Duncan of New Jersey; a brother, Gary (Ruth) Braley of Glens Falls; four nieces and nephews, Todd Duncan of New Jersey, Brian Braley of South Glens Falls, Terri (Duncan) Hishmeh and her husband, Sam, of New Jersey, and Tamie Braley of South Glens Falls; as well as great- nieces and nephews Lauren Hishmeh, and twins Kyle and Lindsay Hishmeh all of New Jersey, and Emma Braley of South Glens Falls.

At her request, there will be no public services.

A graveside service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
