LAKE LUZERNE- Sasha Ann Marie Blake, 41, of Lake Luzerne passed away after a long illness surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born in Glens Falls on April 28, 1975, she was the daughter of Timothy and Brenda (Fish) Truesdale.
She graduated from North Warren High School in 1993 and attended some college thereafter.
On August 1, 2004, she married Terry Blake at Saint Cecilia Church in Warrensburg.
Sasha owned and operated S&S Cleaning.
For many years Sasha danced for Ms. Lapoint and in Minstrel Musicals, as well as volunteering for 4-H and Awana.
Sasha enjoyed cross stitching, dancing, singing, camping with family, traveling to Outer banks, N.C., fishing, reading, ghost hunting, and pugs, especially her own, Coco.
She is predeceased by paternal grandparents, George and Lillian Truesdale; maternal grandfather, David Fish; and aunts, Barbara Fish and Dale Warrington.
Sasha leaves behind her husband, Terry Blake; three children, Sierra Berry, Denver Berry, Chelsea Blake; parents, Timothy and Brenda Truesdale; maternal grandmother, Doris Fish; sister, Mandy (Julio) Quito; two brothers, Timothy D. Truesdale and David (Crystal) Truesdale; pets, Coco the Pug and Precious the cat; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Callings hours will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette Street Queensbury.
A memorial Service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Flossie Gage Bates officiating.

Special thanks to Glens Falls Hospital staff, family members that have been supportive during this long journey, Charles R. Wood Cancer Center and to everyone that came to help the family.
