Hudson Falls – Stacey Ann (Wood) Ball 60, passed away unexpectedly on August 20, 2026, at the Warren Center in Queensbury.

She was born on November 7, 1965, in Glens Falls, NY, the daughter of Flora C. Wood and George A. Smith Sr.

Stacey was a sweet, loving woman whose big heart touched everyone around her. Her one-of-a-kind laugh, beautiful spirit, and ability to make others smile will never be forgotten. She loved life, wrestling, bingo, dancing, and most of all, making people laugh. Above everything, Stacey loved her family and cherished her children, George, Josh, and Keisha. Stacey leaves behind countless beautiful memories that will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She was truly one of a kind, deeply loved, and will be forever missed and never forgotten.

She is predeceased by her parents; and siblings, Alice Smith, Gloria Lanoue, Joyce Kaiser, John Smith, Jerry Smith, George Smith Jr., Scott Smith and Herb Wood.

Stacey is survived by her children, George (Bobbie) Ball, Joshua (TomiJo) Ball and Keisha (Jimmy) Serrano; grandchildren, Killian Ball, Emyrsyn Ball, Kordylia Ball, Cecylia Ball, Ophelia Serrano and Persephone Serrano; sisters, Susie (Darryl) West, Edna (Stephen) Bowers, Kay Smith, Shirley Smith, Theresa (Bill) Jenks and Dianne (Sam) Sprague; brothers, Ralph Smith, Wayne Smith, Roger Smith, and Henry (Patty) Smith; aunt, Karma Smith; many nephews, nieces and friends.

A burial will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Lake Luzerne Cemetery , Lake Luzerne N.Y.
