QUEENSBURY --- Tamara "Tammy" R. Petracca (Baldwin), 67, passed away after a long illness Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Born August 23, 1959 in Queensbury, NY she was the daughter of Charles W. (Bubby) and Francess (Sandy) Baldwin.

Tammy graduated from Queensbury High School in 1977. She went on to graduate from SUNY Stony Brook.

Tammy worked with Community Workshop following college. Once her children were born, her focus shifted onto raising them.

Tammy enjoyed entertaining, decorating for holidays, and going to concerts. Tammy was also a member of Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Queensbury.

In addition to her parents, Tammy was predeceased by her brother, Charles H. (Hoopy) Baldwin.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Andrew Petracca and Angela (Petracca) Woods; grandchildren, Sutton and Owen Woods; sister, Deborah Quinn; and brother, Jody Baldwin.

Visitation will take place at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804. A funeral home service will be held at 12:00pm and a graveside ceremony will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
