GLENS FALLS --- Tara S. Hart, 51, passed away with loved ones by her side on Friday, November 22, 2024.
Born July 9, 1973, in Glens Falls, New York, she was the daughter of Cecil and RuthAnn Hart.
Tara graduated from South Glens Falls High School in 1993.
She worked for many different businesses over the years, including the Quality Inn of Lake George, Wesley Heath Care Center, Hess, Family Dollar, Luigis of Lake George. She also did some bartending.
Tara enjoyed many things like crocheting and taking trips to the casino. One of her greatest enjoyments though was spending time with her grandkids and spending time on the farm with her pig Papa and her chickens. Tara was the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back if it was warranted.
In addition to her parents, Tara was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Bruce and Dorothy Smaldone; paternal grandparents, Cecil Sr. and Elsie Hart; and brother, Anthony Hart.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Anthony Hart of Gansevoort, Jonathon Hart of South Glens Falls, and Tyler Hart of Gansevoort; grandchildren, Anthony Hart, Jr., Jordan Hart, Bentley Hart, Autumn Hart, Sapphire Hart, and Jace Hart; sister, Statia Hart, Tammy and her husband, Samuel Greene; brothers, Gordon Breault, Clinton "Joe" Breault, Jeffery Hart, Jeremy Hart, and Steven Hart; aunt, Deb Burnham; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; also her beloved pets, a pig named Papa, three dogs, Drake, Cassie, Coco, and her grand pup, Titan.
A celebration of life potluck dinner will be held Friday, December 6, 2024, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the VFW on Luzerne Road in Queensbury.
The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Gansevoort Fire and Ems as well as all the nursing staff at Glens Falls Hospital ICU.
