South Glens Falls - Tina R. Forth, 70 years old suddenly passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026 of natural causes. She was full of life and she spread joy and hugs until the very end. She was a person so full of life she exuded happiness and spread love to all who crossed her path and madeit contagious. She brought so many of us together. She was warm and filled with love. She was everyone’s Best Friend.
On August 25,1985 Tina married her husband Robert F. Forth in Glens Falls, NY. They moved to South Glens Falls, NY, where they raised their family and she built a community of friends and neighbors she loved.
Born August 9,1955 in Tucson, Arizona to Blanche (Frechette) and Wallace Dubois. As a child of a military family, she got to live in different places from Arizona to California and back to New York where they settled in Glens Falls with her 6 siblings to be close to family. She attended Saint Mary’s Academy K-9th grade, and then Glens Falls High School 9-12th grade graduating class of 1973. She still was enjoying luncheons to this day with some of her classmates.
Tina suffered many tragedies in her life, a car accident leaving her disabled and legally blind. This did not stop her from turning that tragedy into unconditional love for life. She embraced her flaws and laughed at them. It taught her how to love without limits, have compassion and empathy for others, grace for those who hurt her, and the ability to give the shirt off her back if need be. Her joy in life came from taking care of her loved ones, raising her children, helping her siblings with their children, and babysitting. She had many great nieces and nephews including Breana Garcia, Aedan and Connor Mallory. Her heart filled with love for all of them. Her great nephew Dylan Parker of Oregon spent a good share of his childhood with her. They did things together all the time from watching Bob the Builder to hours teaching him how to make her Famous Meat” Balls”!
She made you feel her love though the best hugs anyone could give. The warmth of her heart shined through in her judgement free zone, where she gave great advice. She was always spreading her kindness like wildflower seeds in the wind. She worked generously at her church, The Church of the Messiah, with Mother Jean, her friend, Deb Glen and many more of The Daughters of the Kings Order. She served meals at the Open Doors Mission. Always making people laugh and leave a little lighter. Her social calendar was also quite filled with outings with Bridget, Rebecca, Renee and so many friends that knew if you needed a friend to accompany you she would. Whether it was her scheduled church events, her healthy lifestyle doing Thai chi and QiGong in the park, Book Club, St Mary’s Lunch Club, Plays at Proctors, Hair appointments with lunch and wine, concerts, or the last-minute invites to the movies, lunch or dinner. If she could go, she would, you could always count on her. She would go to appointments for loved ones, so they weren’t alone. She enjoyed her morning walks with friends from the neighborhood Barb and Lula and the dogs. She loved life and wanted to spend as much time with those she loved as possible. Tina and Bridget loved to do anything and everything together and she made even the most mundane times turn into some of the most unforgettable most cherished memories. Her laughter filled our hearts with so much love. It was also a good tracking system when you lost her in places because you would find her laughing and making friends everywhere we went.
She is predeceased by her husband, Robert and parents, Blanche and Wallace Dubois, brother Terry Dubois and sister Diana Antos.
Tina is survived by her Loving Daughters Bridget (Forth) and her husband Mathew Doyle of Hudson Falls, New York, her chosen daughter Rebecca (Pickering) and her husband Shawn Wall of Lake Luzerne, New York, and Heather (Orsini) Naughton and Grandchildren of San Diego, California. Her siblings Renee (DuBois) Basta of Glens Falls, New York, Brian (Kari) DuBois of Wisconsin, Dean (Sheila) DuBois of Chestertown, New York and Dennis DuBois of Las Vegas Nevada and many niece's and nephews, a special thanks for always being there for her to Michele (Tim) Mallory, Scott (Liz and TJ) Parker, Tonia (Brian) Balfour, and Lisa (Freddy) Rogers. Friends and family are welcome to come honor Tina’s life.
