MANCHESTER, N.H. — Tracy Michael Skellie left us too soon and unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 4, 2013, at the age of 49, due to natural causes.

Tracy was born Sept. 1, 1964.

He graduated from Queensbury High School, and enlisted in the U. S. Air Force in 1985 at the age of 19, and served three years. He also served in the U.S. Army.

Tracy had his own pet shop and played in bands. He also enjoyed working at Petco and loved going to yard sales, the outdoors, animals (especially birds), trapping, hunting, fishing and going to coin shows. He had a kind soul and helped anyone in need.

He is predeceased by his mother, Dorothea Skellie-Beaudet, and his father, Ernest Skellie, of Queensbury, N.Y.

Tracy is survived by his siblings: sister, Laurie J. Skellie and (Jess Kennedy) of Fort Ann, brother Bernard Skellie (spouse Maxine), of South Glens Falls, and brother David Skellie (spouse Flor) of Fort Ann; nephews, Eric T. Haviland (Ashlee Smith) of Hudson Falls and Jeremiah Skellie of Fort Ann; niece, Lelac "Bing" Skellie of Fort Ann; great-nephew, Caleb Haviland of Hudson Falls; stepfather Clayton Beaudet of Queensbury; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and foster relatives.

A service with military honors will take place 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2013, at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Duell Road, Saratoga.
