POTTERSVILLE --- Verhonica Mae Rayne Mueller, 8lbs, 8½ oz, born Monday, April, 9, 2012, was called home early to be an angel from Albany Medical Center on Monday, April 30, 2012.
Her beloved parents, Christopher and Sabrina (Wolfe) Mueller, were blessed with her life for 21 days. "Although she was with us for a short time, we will never forget her beautiful, precious features, the soft touch of her infant skin, and how much we will miss her!" She was known lovingly to her family as "Chubby Princess, Chumba, and Nugget."
Verhonica is predeceased by her great grandmother, Barbara Claire, her great grandmother, Evelyn M. Monroe, great grandfather, Raymond D. Wolfe, and great aunt, Rhonica L. Wolfe.
In addition to her parents, Christopher and Sabrina Mueller, Verhonica is also survived by her big brother, Drayven Mueller, all of Pottersville; also her maternal grandparents, Ricky and Kelly Wolfe of Pottersville; paternal grandparents, Shaun and Angel Mueller of South Glens Falls; maternal great grandparents, Kenneth Monroe of Pottersville, and Robert and Irma Russell of Sodom; paternal great grandparents, Garry and Jan Mueller of Spokane, Wash., and Michael and Dorothy Brown of South Glens Falls; her aunt, Briana Mueller of South Glens Falls; and several great aunts, great uncles, and cousins.
Friends may join the family Thursday, May 3, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Maynard D. Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury.
A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Flossie Gage Bates officiating.
Burial will follow at Bates Cemetery, Goodman Rd., Johnsburg.
A gathering, to celebrate her life, will take place after leaving the cemetery at the Johnsburg Boy Scout Hall at the corner of Route 8 and Peaceful Valley Rd.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation, in loving memory of Verhonica, to the Baby Verhonica Account at any Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co.
Her family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to her pediatrician, Dr. Poonthota, who has been very helpful through it all and to the staff at NICU at Albany Medical Center, and another special thank you to her wonderful nurses, Katherine, Jana, Alicia, and Casey, for all their care and support during this very difficult time.
