QUEENSBURY --- Wayne S. Scoville, 62, of Veterans Rd., passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Born February 22, 1961, in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Phillip R. and Catherine E. (LaPointe) Scoville.

Following his graduation from Glens Falls High School in 1979, Wayne went on to become a police officer. Upon retirement he went to work in the Glens Falls School District.

On July 20, 1981, Wayne married Laurie Roberts in Glens Falls.

His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Wayne was predeceased by his siblings, Gloria Davis, and Larry Scoville.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Laurie Scoville; his children, Lynn Scoville, Melissa Brooks (David), David Scoville (Jodee); his grandchildren, Natalie and Mackenzie Brooks, Kaylee and Leah Heritage, Ryder, Ella and Violet Scoville; his sisters, Carol Bosley, Nancy Delong, and Shirley Eldridge; his brothers, Rob Scoville, Steve Scoville, and Phillip Scoville Jr.; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his beloved dog Deano.
